I’m Keith Johnston, the proud owner of Keith’s Windows and More.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

While growing up, my parents encouraged my siblings and I to help construct the family house that they still live in today. It allowed me to develop specialized trade skills from experienced contractors. As a middle school teacher the last 10 years, I spent most summers improving my trade skills, and eventually made the leap from the classroom to the entrepreneurial space to start Keith’s Windows and More.

While motivating and supporting younger generations in skill acquisition and growth remains a passion of mine, we have built our team around many of the same values I committed to as a classroom teacher: growth mindset, quality work, and integrity. 

I’ve now been in business for less than a year but have already managed to build a formidable team. It’s helped the enterprise to grow faster than I ever thought was possible, especially amid a pandemic. 

Therefore, I’m grateful to have the opportunity to make a noticeable difference in people’s homes, and I’m committed to carrying out all jobs to the best of my ability.

Consequently, I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honest feedback. I also attribute my success in communicating clearly with customers so that I’m able to understand their needs and render consistent quality.

As a result, when homeowners and their families can enjoy beautiful views that professionally clean windows provide, it fills me with immense satisfaction.

When I’m not adding a shimmer and shine to windows, I like exploring the great outdoors and doing fun activities with friends, including rock climbing, cycling, skiing, and swimming. I also love things that provide an opportunity for human connection and reflection.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
